Using SAM PLAY
SAM PLAY is a media player. It is designed to let users play and manage compatible playlists and media sources that they provide. SAM PLAY does not sell, provide, or distribute IPTV subscriptions, channels, or streaming content.
Licenses
A SAM Play license covers the SAM Play application only and activates it on one device. An Annual license is valid for 12 months from its first activation and does not renew automatically. A Lifetime license does not expire. Licenses are bought as one-time payments through Stripe or issued through promo codes; a license may be suspended or revoked in cases of fraud, chargebacks or abuse. A license does not include, sell or provide any channels, playlists, subscriptions or other content. Billing questions: billing@samplay.net.
Your content and responsibilities
You are responsible for the playlists, media, and other sources you choose to use, including ensuring you have the rights and permissions required and that your use follows applicable laws and third-party terms.
Acceptable use
Use the website and player lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with their operation or security. Do not use them to violate another person’s rights, distribute unlawful material, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or services.
Intellectual property
The SAM PLAY website, its branding, and the player software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Availability and changes
Features, platform availability, activation, and download information may change over time. We aim to keep information useful and current, but do not promise that the website or player will always be available, uninterrupted, or free of errors. Some features or contact details may not yet be configured.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, SAM PLAY is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or player. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would not be permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as the website and player evolve. The date above indicates when this version was prepared.
